- Is the Free plan really unlimited?
- Yes — form submissions and notification emails are unlimited on every plan. Free includes a 7-day submission history window in the dashboard.
- Do I need a developer to embed the form?
- No. Paste one script tag plus a button (modal), a link, or an empty div (inline embed). Or skip the embed entirely and share your hosted form link in email, texts, or social posts.
- Can I customize pump pricing and repair services?
- Yes, on Pro. Set pump tiers and dig fees, enable or reorder eight repair/install services, and each selected service can reveal tailored intake questions on the fix flow.
- How do terms and conditions work?
- Pro includes a built-in editor with formatting toolbar and live preview. Write in plain language — no HTML required — and the same content renders on your hosted form and embed.
- When should I upgrade to Pro?
- Upgrade when you need full submission history, search and export, white-label branding, address autocomplete, pump calendar rules, or embed domain restrictions.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Pro is month-to-month through Stripe. Cancel from Manage billing in your dashboard — you keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your account, form settings, and submissions stay stored. Free limits dashboard history to recent submissions, and Pro-only features (exports, white-label branding, etc.) are disabled until you upgrade again.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Not yet — Pro is billed monthly at $49/month. Annual plans may be added later; existing monthly subscribers will be notified first.
